A year later, Haiti remains a ruined land 

One of year of after the a devastating wiped out parts of Haiti; Haiti is still in need of major repair. The finger has been pointed at many people, but the people to blame the most is the Haiti Government. Canada is ready and willing to lend a land but the Haiti government is taking to long to make decisions on which projects needs to be made. Canada is planning on donation over 250 million dollars this year.
